What to Expect
Its warm - that is the point
Our hot classes use infrared heating to warm your body from within. You will sweat, and you will feel great.
All levels are welcome
Every class is beginner-friendly. Teachers offer modifications and encourage you to go at your own pace.
Hydrate and rest as needed
Drink plenty of water before class. If you need a break, take one. Your body, your practice.
Shoes off at the door
We are a shoes-off studio. You will practice barefoot on your mat.
Showers and changing rooms
Separate changing rooms with showers are available so you can freshen up after class.
Cold plunge after class
Contrast therapy is available after hot classes for faster recovery and a big energy lift.
