26&2 Bikram Hot Yoga
HighThe original hot yoga sequence — 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. A scientifically designed series that systematically works every muscle, joint, and organ in the body. Available in 60, 75, and 90-minute formats.

Hot Vinyasa
MediumA dynamic, flow-based yoga class performed in a heated studio. Linking breath to movement, Hot Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Each class offers a creative sequence that challenges and inspires all levels.

Hot Vinyasa / Pilates Fusion
MediumThe best of two worlds — the breathwork and flow of Vinyasa yoga blended with the core-focused precision of Pilates. A full-body class that improves posture, stability, and tones the entire body in the heat.

Inferno Hot Pilates
HighA high-intensity, low-impact Pilates class performed in the heat. Inferno Hot Pilates uses mat-based exercises to target every muscle group — especially the core. Expect to sweat, burn, and feel incredible afterward.

What to Know
Studio Temperature
Our studio is heated to 95-105°F with controlled humidity. The heat helps warm muscles, increase flexibility, and promote detoxification through sweating.
All Levels Welcome
Whether you're brand new or have years of experience, our teachers provide modifications and options to support your individual practice.
Class Etiquette
Arrive 5-10 minutes early, silence your phone, and practice mindful awareness of shared space. Late entry is allowed but enter quietly.
Hydration Tips
Drink plenty of water throughout the day before class. Bring a water bottle and consider adding electrolytes for longer sessions.
